That true too Terry, for me personally its alot of the "love" songs on Spin that dont work for me and I think thats due to the fact they arent really honest and it seems to come through somehow.

I'm prob way off the mark and totally wrong but that's the impression I get, there doesn't seem to be the same emotion put into them as the SG love songs, in his voice and in the words. I remember him saying in an interview that when he wrote Spin that he wasn't in love but wanted to be so that's prob why they come across as diifferent to the SG soppies.

Yep Donna I always thought there was someting wrong about that album.. then he pretty much admitted it was written under pressure to have hits and do well in a short space of time. That the songs were not about how he felt but how he wanted to feel.. Basically that people saw he wasnt being honest and hes realised thats what people want from him. There are a few honest songs on Spin I think..but for the most it just doesnt work for me. I think thats why the love songs on it dont work so well as he doesnt sing from the purest heart and soul.
